There are plans for a four manual, fifty-five stop 'English Cathedral Organ' in the Hooglandse Kerk in Leiden. [see www.cathedralorgan.nl]. Or perhaps it is a particularly elaborate hoax? In any case, I'm sure that one Dean or other would be happy to make a donation.
