  1. Google throws up stockists in UK.
  2. Search online for balsa wood, which should be available in 38mm x 38mm. Work out the measurements you need (you may need to cut/saw to size) then glue pieces together with wood glue. You will also need a tough non-slip material on both top and bottom to stop the bench sliding off! Hope this is helpful.
  3. Fine for me too. (Apple Mac)
  4. Also the incorrect use of 'it's' in at least three places.
  5. Darius, thank you for your recital today and indeed for the introductions to each piece. Disappointing though that we couldn't see you working instead of the static picture of the Town Hall and the organ case. I overlooked the time, so caught it about an hour later. Was that perhaps the reason for the static picture?
  6. Beautiful tributes to this much-loved organist! A joy to hear. Happy Birthday Dame Gillian!
  7. Congratulations to Wayne Marshall, who has been awarded the OBE in the New Year's Honours List, for Services to Music.
  8. New to me was the interesting arrangement of 'Ding Dong! Merrily on high'. Anyone know who wrote it?
  9. All Saints' Church in Mackworth, Derbyshire has been destroyed by fire this evening and with it the pipe organ built in 1870 by Lloyd and Dudgeon of Nottingham.
  10. Thanks Tony. Very unusual and varied selection of music.
  11. On the Magle Forum there is a two-page thread 'Les cloches de Hinckley' that was begun by jhnbrbr on Jul 15 2009 and ended on Jun 17 2013 with a post by Ruralista.
