It was published by Oecumuse (now defunct) in 1987, having been written for Leeds PC in 1983. Has another publisher taken it over from Oecumuse? If not, what is the copyright position? It is likely to be either the successor to Oecumuse (i.e. Mr Barry Brunton) or the executors of the late Herbert Sumsion's will, according to the terms of publication, etc. I suggest you start with the Music Publishers' Association.
