Peter Clark
For the last few days, every time I have tried to log in from a bookmark I get a message "doing some maintenence, back shortly". I have to get into the board through Google. Is this a problem with my computer only or have others experienced it? Peter

I have to get into the board through Google. Is this a problem with my computer only or have others experienced it? Peter This e-mail received by Board members last week explains: Dear ...., Since the migration of the web site and forum to the new server, we have been running two identical copies of the Mander Organs forum - both being updated simultaneously - while "teething problems" were resolved. Today we are going to turn off the old one, so the only one that will work is this one: http://www.mander-organs.com/discussion/index.php Hope this makes sense. Vox Humana
You can access the new site from the link on Mander Organs' home page. You need to reset your bookmark. I have no idea whether this is normal computer behaviour, but at first I found that every time I accessed the forum from my "favourites" menu I was having to log in anew at every visit. Even though I always had the "remember me" box ticked on the log-in page, my computer was not retaining the details. Then I decided to try bookmarking the front page again after I had logged in and now everything seems fine. I mention this because I have a vague recollection that someone once mentioned they were having the same problem.

You're a genius - mine was doing the same - 'gave it the 'Vox' treatment and all is well! AJJ

You need to create another bookmark for this forum. Moderator, Mander Organs
