I've just been doing a little trawling to find who may have published the sheet music, but haven't come up with anything. Does anyone out there have any information on this? Rgds MJF You might find some performances on YouTube - I seem to recall that there are performances of it as a solo piece - especially in the US. A trawl through the Pipedreams site might also help.
