Vox Humana 0 Report post Posted November 27, 2010 Note the composer asks that the piece be started and finished by the performer. Not a performer, but the performer, thus implying the same person. So what I would very much like him to tell us is how one performer can possibly make this the longest piece of music (timewise) in the world, given that Cage's (much older) Organ2/ASLSP began in 2001 and is scheduled to last 639 years: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/europe/1525792.stm.
