AJS OK, respected maker, turn of the (19-20) century, building without central heating other than a few under-pew heaters, maintained at steady temp in Winter. AJS Here in Newfoundland seal-flipper pie is very popular. Churches even have flipper suppers. I tried it once - don't think I'll try it again....
