How about some of the quieter chorale preludes by Sigfrid Karg-Elert? The collection was re-distributed between various volumes by, I think, Peters Editions a few years ago; however, there are a good number which would be suitable and several of these are fairly easy to sight-read.

For lighter (and shorter) moments, one could also try some of the pieces for musical clock by Haydn. One or two need careful work on a few bars, but many are quite easy to play.

For a change, there are a number of collections of music for claviers only - there exist in this country, a few series' of books, with examples from several different countries.

Benedictus by Alec Rowley is a cracker. Four minutes of borderline indulgence. I think you have to get it on special order from OUP.

Never heard any Caleb Simper - trod in some once though. Took weeks to get rid of the smell
