Guest Hector5
Sorry to see that Harrison Oxley has died recently. Does anyone remember the wonderful LPs he produced, especially of contemporary organ music. It was here I first encountered the Cranmer Pavane and Galliard, and Oxley's own haunting Elegy. I understand that he was also one of the first to have girls in the choir at Bury St Edmunds. Hector

Hector I wonder when girls first started to appear in Cathedral choirs? At St Davids, Peter Boorman had girls in his choir in the 60s.
