DaveHarries
Hi all, On air now is the Choral Evensong on Radio 3, which is a repeat of the service from Worcester, under the direction of our good friend Adrian Lucas, that was broadcast on the 10th August. I heard the original broadcast and I have the repeat on now. Highly recommended! Oh and, BTW, don't forget it is Adrian's last 3 choirs festival. Malcolm Kemp
When I was present at a recording of a Choral Evensong for broadcasting at the end of September we (the congregation) were all told by the producer (??) before the service that by the time the recording goes out on air the timing of Choral evensong on Wednesdays will have been brought forward, regularly, to (I think) 3 pm or possibly 3.30pm Malcolm
Lucasorg
Adrian has achieved the impossible - he's made King of Glory King of Peace bearable!!! That's precisely why I wrote the tune...I can't stand Gwalchmai! A
Malcolm Kemp
Malcolm Archer's tune Redland is also quite a pleasant change for King of Glory.
