Milan Cathedral

I have a CD of the organ of Milan Cathedral, which gives the specification, but I can't find any other information about the organ on the Internet. I have found pictures of the Cathedral on Google, but it is not clear of the position of the organ. Would anyone be able to help?.....

I have looked that this and the photo of one of the organ cases also shows an organ in a more modern looking case.

 

How old is this one?
